“Then They Will Know” is a song written by Michael Card that I first heard on Christian Berdahl’s CD called The Narrow Way. I love all the songs that Christian sings and I get great joy singing along with him. Today’s video is of me singing along with Christian while sitting in my truck. Then They Will Know Duet
I searched online for a singing track for this beautiful song with an amazing message, but I could not find one. So, I decided to do a duet or sing-along with Christian Berdahl. Actually, this song is perfect for his range, but it goes a bit high and low for me. I have chosen to start each verse an octave lower and contrast with going high in the happier parts of the song. This has been a wonderful challenge for me as I have worked on my YouTube voice lessons for extending the range of my voice.
My Gracious Gift
I chose to wear a special scarf while I sang this song. I used to run a You Pick of citrus fruit when I lived in Fallbrook. One day, a group of several Asian families came. The children got to have tractor rides and they all enjoyed picking the fruit. Now, besides giving a donation for the fruit, these gracious people came bearing gifts for me. One of the gifts was this silk scarf. So, I like to wear it in remembrance of their beautiful gift.

Since I don’t have a recording studio, I decided to sing this song where I practice it. I usually sing while I’m driving in my truck.
